Request for Proposal

Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Japan-Australia Exchange program FY27 and FY28 (HA26003).

The objectives of the services being sought are to:

• Foster and strengthen connections between Australia and Japanese industries and government. to support trade engagements
• Enhance information flow through established networks and promote active engagement by coordinating Japan Australia engagement initiatives
• Showcase Australian horticultural excellence across a wide range of commodities and various regional areas, promoting collaboration and trade opportunities
• Enhance trade and collaboration opportunities between Australia and Japan by facilitating initiatives that promote the exchange of horticultural products and knowledge.

The successful respondent will be responsible for:

• Event concept, design and delivery in Japan
• Program development and stakeholder engagement
• Venue and supplier management
• End-to-end event management (including invitations, guest management and bilingual support)
• Communications, PR, and media engagement
• Reporting, monitoring and budget management
