Request for Proposal

Hort Innovation is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit an Expression of Interest to co-design and deliver the project: Multi-Industry Export Project (Vegetables and Onions) (MT26003).

The objectives of the services being sought are to:

• Improve export capability and confidence among participating vegetable and onion growers and exporters.
• Support more informed market selection, planning and investment decisions through timely, commercially relevant market intelligence.
• Strengthen engagement between Australian vegetable and onion exporters and priority international buyers, customers and market partners.
• Improve coordination across industry, government and commercial stakeholders to support export growth and market diversification.
• Increase the visibility and use of market intelligence, trade insights and program outputs across the vegetable and onion industries.
• Enable growth in export value, volume and/or market diversification across international markets.
• Establish a clear performance and impact framework demonstrating progress against agreed outputs, outcomes and industry priorities over the five-year project.

Hort Innovation has prepared an Expression of Interest (EOI) document that provides background information, outlines the project context, assessment criteria, procurement process and information required from respondents.
