What was it all about?

This project conducted a mid-term evaluation of the Avocado industry supply and trade data capture and analysis (AV22016) project. 

The evaluation assessed both the delivery activities (including relevance, process appropriateness, and efficiency) and the benefits and outcomes achieved so far for the Australian avocado industry. 

By reviewing project documentation, engaging stakeholders across the supply chain, and applying best-practice evaluation methods, the project provided evidence-based recommendations to guide continuous improvement for the remainder of AV22016’s delivery period to 2028.
