What is it all about?

This project is providing post-deployment support for the AV24010 program to maintain governance, stakeholder coordination and reporting post-launch. It is focused on supporting industry adoption of the program and ensuring effective monitoring of project outcomes across both the Picker & Packer (P&P) and Woolworths deployment streams.

Through ongoing governance, reporting and stakeholder support, the project is helping drive industry adoption, support effective use of the technology, maintain rollout momentum and provide objective performance monitoring during the first year of implementation. Key deliverables include quarterly governance reports, longitudinal performance tracking, and a final annual governance and performance summary.
