Delivery Partner: International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA)
This project will support up to 60 members of the Australian horticulture supply chain to participate in the IFPA Produce Executive Program between 2026 and 2030.
The Produce Executive Program is one of the horticulture industry's premier professional development opportunities for senior managers and key decision-makers. Since 2002, the program has brought together participants from across the fresh produce value chain to strengthen leadership skills, expand industry knowledge and foster collaboration. Through interactive workshops, expert facilitation and engagement with industry leaders, participants gain practical insights into the opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
The program combines personal and professional development with exposure to leading industry thinking, innovation and business practices. Participants will have opportunities to network with peers from across Australia and New Zealand, engage with senior executives from leading suppliers and retailers, and explore approaches to collaboration, innovation and market development. The course is designed to help participants apply their learning directly within their businesses, while also contributing to broader industry outcomes.
