What was it all about?

This multi-industry leadership-building project was intended to support the participation of sweetpotato, raspberry and blackberry and vegetable workers in a leadership development program. The program, conducted online and through face-to-face sessions, was designed to help participants define their leadership style; manage conflict; shape team culture; communicate effectively and more. The program was originally scheduled to commence in May 2020, however, was postponed due to the impacts of COVID-19 restrictions with a decision made to delay until May 2021. Subsequent challenges and uncertainty presented by ongoing restrictions led to the Program being cancelled in early 2021.
