Request for Proposal
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Avocado international trade show coordination (AV24200).
The ideal partner should have the capability to execute and coordinate trade show participation across Asia and the Middle East. If direct delivery is not possible, the partner will be responsible for coordinating with trusted suppliers to ensure successful execution. Additionally, there may be set in-market delivery partners for specific tradeshows. In such cases, we ask the delivery partner to propose a management fee for coordinating with these local partners to ensure smooth execution.
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
- Enhance market presence in key regions
Strengthen the Australian avocado industry's visibility and reputation as a leading supplier by consistently participating in key trade shows across key export markets. - Facilitate stakeholder collaboration
Ensure seamless coordination with industry stakeholders to incorporate their input, align trade show strategies with industry goals, and foster stronger relationships with international buyers and partners. - Maintain brand consistency
Develop and execute trade show presentations that reflect the Australian avocado industry’s identity, emphasising its premium quality, world-class practices, and market reliability. - Generate tangible outcomes from trade shows
Capture and document measurable impacts of trade show participation.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
