This project lays the groundwork for the "Plus One Serve of Vegetables by 2030" initiative by developing a strategy to encourage Australians to eat more vegetables, establishing a baseline to measure progress against and conducting a study into how Australians currently view vegetables.

This project, which was completed during 2020, expanded the number of Phenomenom resources available by adding a module that educates children, parents and teachers on the beneficial mood effects of a diet and lifestyle encompassing horticulture products.
