Completed project
Dried grape industry communications program (DG18001)
Key research provider: Dried Fruits Australia
Publication date: Friday, July 15, 2022
What was it all about?
Established in 2019, this project delivered communications to Australian dried fruit growers and other industry stakeholders. By keeping the industry up to date on R&D, news, events and other critical information, the project facilitated the uptake of R&D by the industry and supported decision-making in dried fruit businesses.
A number of regular communication channels were produced and maintained by the investment, including but not limited to:
- Quarterly magazine The Vine (a joint magazine between the dried fruit, dried prune and table grape industries) available here
- The Dried Fruits Australia website
- Fortnightly Dried Fruits Australia e-newsletters, with issues available via the ‘e-News’ section here (if you’re a dried fruit producer and don’t currently receive the levy-funded e-newsletters, sign up by contacting the Dried Fruits Australia team at communications@driedfruitsaustralia.org.au)
- Social media, including the Dried Fruits Australia Facebook page and YouTube channel.
