Ongoing project
Dried grape industry communications program (DG22000)
Key research provider: Dried Fruits Australia
What's it all about?
This project delivers communications to Australian dried fruit growers and other industry stakeholders. By keeping the dried grape industry up to date on R&D, news, events and other critical information, the project facilitates the uptake of R&D by the industry and supports decision-making in dried fruit businesses.
A number of regular communication channels were produced and maintained by the investment, including but not limited to:
- Quarterly magazine The Vine (a joint magazine between the dried fruit, dried prune and table grape industries) available here.
- The Dried Fruits Australia website.
- Fortnightly Dried Fruits Australia e-newsletters, with issues available via the ‘e-News’ section here (if you’re a dried fruit producer and don’t currently receive the levy-funded e-newsletters, sign up by contacting the Dried Fruits Australia team at communications@driedfruitsaustralia.org.au).
- Social media, including the Dried Fruits Australia Facebook page, Dried Fruits Australia LinkedIn page and YouTube channel.
- Media releases.
