International Olive Council Committee (OL15002)
What was it all about?
This investment supported the Australian olive industry attendance at the biannual International Olive Council chemists’ meetings. These meetings involved discussing the technical analysis, grading and regulation of olive oil, among other things. Participation ensured the Australian olive industry is prepared for any changes to international regulations that may affect trade and allows Australia’s accredited laboratories that certify domestic products to continue achieving international accreditations.
