Auditor resignation 2024

Notice is given that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has, under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) confirmed the resignation of the Company’s former auditor with effect from todays date (under s329(8) of the Corporations Act the resignation takes effect on the later of the day specified in the notice of resignation or the day when the disclosures outlined above are made by the Company).

To conform with the disclosure requirements required by ASIC, specifically Regulatory Guide 26 the following information is provided:

Details of outgoing auditor:

Ernst&Young of 200 George Street Sydney NSW 2000

Details of the proposed incoming auditor:

RSM Partners Australia of Level 13, 60 Castlereagh Street Sydney NSW 2000

Reason for the change in auditor:

The outgoing auditor made application to ASIC to resign as the Company’s auditor and ASIC has consented to the application to resign by way of correspondence dated 20 June 2024.
