The project compiled and analysed Woolworths avocado scan sales data to improve understanding of category performance, pricing and consumer purchasing trends. 

This investment developed predictive shelf-life models for avocado, mango, strawberry and summerfruit to improve the consistency of fresh produce quality in domestic and export markets.

This project supported the Australian avocado industry's participation in the tradeshow Fresh Produce India to raise awareness of Australian avocados and strengthen market development opportunities.
