What was it all about?

This short project, which ran from 2021 to 2022, communicated the health benefits of Australian sweetpotatoes through a range of resources targeted at consumers and health professionals. The overall goal is to increase sweetpotato consumption through ensuring current, scientifically-backed research about Australian sweetpotatoes is available to industry. The project team reviewed scientific literature to develop a report for health care professionals that outlines the nutritional and health benefits of sweetpotatoes.
